Terms of service

Draft updated September 4, 2026 · Not legally reviewed

About this draft

These proposed terms describe beesolo, an appointment scheduling service for an independent professional operating one shop. They need legal review and a confirmed contracting entity before they are used as a binding agreement. Publishing this draft does not establish final subscription terms.

The service and your account

beesolo provides a public booking page, service configuration, scheduling, and appointment management. Solo is designed for one owner and one active professional. Staff invitations, team schedules, and additional professionals are outside the launch scope. Keep account and business details accurate, protect access credentials, and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your services and clients

The professional provides the services booked through their page. They are responsible for service descriptions, prices, qualifications, availability, arrival instructions, and their relationship with clients. beesolo supplies scheduling software; it does not perform the appointment service or guarantee its outcome. Avoid publishing misleading claims or services you cannot lawfully provide.

Bookings, cancellations, and messages

Publish clear change and cancellation rules before clients confirm a visit. Appointment changes must follow the available workflow and the professional's applicable terms. A booking rule or reminder does not itself authorize a cancellation fee. Delivery of messages depends on configured providers and may be delayed or fail; maintain a way to contact clients when needed.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in the content you provide. The proposed permission to beesolo is limited to hosting, displaying, and processing that content to operate the service. Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not use the service for spam, unlawful activity, impersonation, unauthorized access, or interference with other users. Do not place sensitive client information in public content.

Subscriptions and payment

The pricing page currently contains provisional launch pricing. Before paid subscriptions open, the final offer must identify the provider, price and currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, trial rules, renewal, cancellation, and any refund rights. No final payment or refund commitments are established by this draft. Appointment payments and the professional's own service charges are separate from a beesolo subscription.

Data and privacy

The privacy draft describes proposed data practices. Professionals must give their clients the information required for their own processing and use client details only for lawful purposes. A data processing agreement, provider list, and confirmed retention arrangements are still required before finalizing the launch documents.

Service changes and account closure

Features may change during development. Final terms must explain notice for material changes, suspension for misuse or security risks, account closure, and access to or deletion of data afterward. Contact support before closing an account if you need help with active appointments or records.

Responsibility and disputes

Final terms must define responsibility for service outages and loss in a manner consistent with applicable law. This draft does not exclude mandatory rights or set an agreed liability cap. Romania is the proposed governing-law jurisdiction, subject to legal review and any mandatory protections that apply. Contact support first to discuss a concern; access to competent courts and statutory remedies is not waived by this draft.

Before launch

Confirm the operator's registered identity and address, paid subscription offer, tax treatment, consumer applicability, data processing agreement, retention and deletion process, dispute provisions, and reviewed Romanian/EU wording. Replace this draft only after those decisions and legal review are complete.
