Questions, answered plainly.

beesolo is an online appointment scheduler for an independent barber or salon professional running one shop. It brings your public booking page, services, working hours, and client bookings together. The person who owns the account is also the professional providing the services.

Yes. Share your public booking link on your website, social profile, or in a message. Clients can compare services, choose an available time, and confirm their visit in the browser. They do not need to install an app or create a beesolo account.

beesolo checks your working hours, date-specific changes, time off, and existing bookings before offering an opening. A temporary hold reserves the selected time while the client finishes booking. If that hold expires without confirmation, the opening can become available again.

Yes. Clients open their secure appointment link and verify their booking email to cancel or reschedule a single appointment online up to one hour before the start. To reschedule, they choose an available time and confirm the change. The services and price stay the same, and the original time stays booked until the change succeeds. For help after the cutoff or changes to the service, they contact you. You can also make an agreed move in the Merchant App.

beesolo supports appointment confirmations, reminders, and notices for cancellations or moves made by the owner. Message availability depends on the delivery service. Contact support@beesolo.app to confirm the messages and timing available for your account. The Merchant App does not have channel, reminder-time, or message-template controls. If a message is missing, check the current appointment and the booking email, including its spam folder.

No. beesolo is designed for one independent professional managing their own schedule and clients. It does not include employee accounts, staff invitations, or separate team calendars. One account covers one owner, one professional, and one shop.
