Explain the inclusions in the service description before clients book. If a cut includes a blow-dry, say so and allow enough time for the complete visit. If you offer a standalone blow-dry, give it a separate service with its own price and duration.

Yes. Create a consultation service and explain who should book it, such as a new client considering a color change. Give it its own duration and price. This helps clients choose a conversation first, but does not automatically require a consultation before another service.

Yes. Add your beesolo link to your social profile, website, or a message about your work. Clients follow it to your service menu and choose a suitable visit. Your photos stay on the channels where you share them; beesolo handles the booking that follows.

Add time off for the period you will be away, or change the hours for that date if you are only working part of the day. Those hours will no longer be offered for new online bookings. Review any appointments already booked for that period separately.

No. beesolo is designed for a stylist running their own independent business at one shop. Your services and availability belong to your calendar. Shared salon calendars, additional staff accounts, and assigning appointments to another stylist are not included.
